I started off working on Sony during the Blu-ray/HD-DVD format war, the dawn of HD TV and their initial responses to the iPhone. Then it was onto HP Enterprise Services as on-site servers flew into the cloud. I helped Bank of America regain the trust of their customers post-recession. And now, when we have all more entertainment choices than ever, I'm on DIRECTV, AT&T Internet and AT&T Wireless.
