My agency career began working on Sony, crafting retail strategies during the rise of HDTVs, smartphones, and the Blu-ray vs. HD-DVD wars. From there, I pivoted to B2B campaigns for HP Enterprise Services, witnessing IT’s seismic shift from on-site infrastructure to the cloud.
For Bank of America, I helped reestablish trust in a post-recession world, revitalizing their branch-level brand experience. Then, as the demand for connectivity skyrocketed, I led print and digital direct marketing for AT&T, spanning TV, internet, and wireless services. Later, for AT&T Business, I guided small and medium-sized companies to the tech tools they needed to stay competitive in a hyper-connected, pandemic-transformed market. In late 2021, I joined T-Mobile in-house, helping the brand evolve from scrappy underdog to industry leader. Along the way, I’ve embraced AI’s transformative potential, ensuring that creativity and technology work hand-in-hand to keep marketing human and impactful. Whether it’s shaping a brand’s message or driving results in the lower-funnel trenches, I thrive on solving complex challenges with bold ideas that move the needle—and increase sales. |
